From a very early age I was driven by a desire to connect to my authentic self, with the sole intention of showing up in the world to the best of my ability and achieving optimal health.
Through years of experimenting, education, traveling and discovering, health became the guiding force of supporting my journey and honoring my body, spirit and mind. I believe that our ability to heal through awareness and wellness has the transformative power to restore, energize, nourish, and that living well means making a conscious shift in our thinking, habits, and daily rituals. I’m a firm believer that when you make a healthy choice it will reinforce your ability to continuously make healthy choices.
In line with my purpose of being a force of positive change in my community, I gained insight into how learning new habits through coaching, movement and healing nutrition could help expedite a journey into healing and homeostatic balance. I am a National Board Health and Wellness Certified (NBHWC) Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified personal trainer, 200 Registered Yoga Teacher, and Plant Based Chef.
When working with clients I believe in bio-individuality and that our bodies are innately brilliant. I have developed packages and services that help us reconnect to our Body Intelligence- listening to internal cues and as a result, building a body and mind you can trust. Hi, I’m Marwa Kharsa.
Women’s Wellness & Body Intelligence Coach
My Approach
I empower individuals who are looking for a higher level of well-being and performance in their life and are struggling to achieve balance, so they can break through and maximize their personal and professional potential. We do this by addressing the root cause of an individual’s imbalance using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes to help regain and maintain optimal health. Each person’s unique life circumstances and priorities are always taken into consideration.
The question for reflection that is the most fascinating and challenging, is this: “What keeps people from doing what they know they need to do for themselves?” Despite great health information there is a great struggle, for many people, in consistently making the real behavioral changes that create and maintain a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Envision + Set Goals+ Commit + Action + Repeat
Providing a safe space for the client to be whole and complete, as they already are. Fostering insight and integration, and allowing the client to ask themselves, “Ok, so how can I apply this to my life and move forward?”
