The Nutrition Coaching support I offer is focused on breaking the traditional “diet mentality” of needing to restrict yourself from the foods you enjoy in order to work toward any goal you have. There are no “good” or “bad” foods, “clean” meals and “cheat” meals, and no strict rules to follow. It supports you to learn about food portions, quality and helps you focus on building individualized healthy habits as you do so.
The coaching support and goals are built around fueling your body properly to achieve aesthetic, performance, or lifestyle-related goals. Whether you are experiencing perimenopause, menopause, looking to lean out, gain strength in the gym, gain muscle mass, maintain your weight or just increase your energy levels throughout the day, this approach allows you to tailor your nutrition to your specific goals while providing you with the flexibility to eat the foods you like.
How is nutrition coaching different? The idea is that you slowly shift from restricting “bad” foods and eating only “clean” foods. That mentality is fear based and rarely produces sustainable results. You will start to truly understand your food choices, energy, and how your body responds with a customized plan.

This program is designed to help you end restrictive diets, release frustration around performance and body composition goals and ultimately heal your relationship with food. For some that might look like losing weight for others it could be gaining weight or muscle. The goals are different but the purpose is the same which is to take back control without feeling fear and anxiety around choices. Addressing food is the perfect catalyst to confront, release patterns, and habits that seem to be controlling your entire life.
More importantly the coaching aims to guide you in experiencing a whole new paradigm for eating that empowers you to break free of fad, crash and yo-yo dieting.
Nutrition Coaching is for you if:
You’re ready to commit to at least 12 weeks of coaching.
You are confused with all the conflicting information out there and just want to find what works best for you, as an individual.
You thrive with a high level of accountability and support.
You feel like there may be some underlying changes (examples include: peri-menopause, etc.)
You want to learn how to be healthy and fit for the rest of your life (and develop the ability to do this on your own.)
You are eager and ready to understand more about food, how it affects you and what will help you have more energy, feel more grounded, balanced, strong, vital and nurtured.
You are patient, open, curious, objective, trusting and willing to give yourself time to reclaim your health. This is not a “quick” solution, fast or aggressive diet to help you reach a certain number.
You are ready to embrace and eat carbs, protein and fat to help fuel your body.

Weekly 1-1 Live Check-In’s (via Zoom)

Why is it at least a three month commitment?
To make true change, we must let go or tweak old habits and relearn new ones - this takes considerable work and time, riddled with small successes and stumbles. I’ve found that work takes at least three months.
By choosing to work with me, you’re making a considerable investment of your time, energy and hope - as your guide, in order to actually help you, I also have to make a considerable investment to understand your needs and craft a plan that is realistic for you.
I’ve made it an auto renewing membership to make it more affordable for my clients and also because many of my clients work with me indefinitely as they progress past their original goals and desired metrics.
