Wellness Coach
As a coach, I strongly believe one has to take a holistic, macro and integrative look at a client’s life beyond diet and exercise to truly improve their health and wellness. Towards that end, I’m trained and qualified in several modalities which you can read more about here.
In order to better serve clients with their priorities, I provide two distinct services:
The first is an online service: ‘Wellness Coaching’. To put it simply under these services I help clients from all over the world make behavioral changes that empower them to take control of their health. Much of my work involves listening, not sermonizing. The process begins with helping a client identify what they truly desire in their life and what is most meaningful to them. Of course we will look at nutrition and movement, but these are only two over-emphasized pillars of true wellness - we will also examine relationships, spirituality, stress management, sleep hygiene, career satisfaction and emotional health. My coaching philosophy is a more holistic, deeper approach to true wellness, happiness and self-acceptance.
The second service is: Personal Training online and in the Dubai area. This is for clients who feel they need extra help with the fitness aspect of their wellness journey. This service is focused on physical movement, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This intense focus allows us to make the progress that may have eluded you in the past. I work with clients online, in the gym or in the privacy of their home under the assumption that we have a shared belief that fitness is but one pillar of wellness, and that they will still be addressing the other facets of well-being on their own outside of our workouts.

I offer a free assessment to get to know you and help us see if we are a good match and if we can collaborate on your personal or professional requirements. During this forty-five minute consultation we will discuss your current pain, motivation, vision, where you imagine you are stuck, goals, and passions. You will receive an assessment of your situation, and reconnect with what you deeply desire to accomplish by working with me. You will learn how coaching for you will help deliver the desired results with your cooperation, collaboration and commitment.

This six session package is the beginning of taking back control of your well-being, mental health and Spirit. It provides the space that invites joy and beauty to the process, offers insightful mental health education as a foundation to build upon, and provides practical skills to immediately nurture yourself and begin the journey of self - discovery.
Once you have stepped into the power of Nurturer you will have had the space and learned tools to honor and take better care of yourself. With more energy, balance, inspiration, sensitivity and connection to who you are your goals will seem more achievable and smoother.

The Nurturer Program
‘The Inner Wellness Journey’ Program
This package is the ultimate guide to holistic inner wellness. Working together over a period of time allows us to dig deep and explore the various dimensions of your life that include relational, existential, mental, physical, emotional and environmental. We will examine root causes of your imbalances, relieve symptoms and create new habits. The Journey will help navigate your future by exploring your purpose, pursuing your dreams, and empowering you to help make your personal space and community a better place.
The Journey will allow you to take back control of your life, live the present and navigate your future. You will befriend your inner compass so that you are reconnected to your true self. You will have more compassion for yourself, embrace the complexity of who you are, and continue to grow into who you are yet to be. Personal Training
The customized training programs are completely tailored to the individual client. Whether you want to gain strength, lose weight or improve technique. My main expertise is powerful longevity coaching for women over 40. At the heart of the sessions is Body Intelligence Movement with an emphasis on Mind.Spirit.Body. Working out isn’t just about losing weight or getting stronger and fitter-its longevity for life. Living your best life as long as you can. Meditation and movement are combined in the programs to help wash away distractions, fear, anxiety and focus on the mind-muscle connection to help lift the Spirit.
The Body Intelligence process is different. How? Marwa integrates various methods developed specifically for the female body and what phase you are experiencing as a woman: menstrual cycle, peri-menopause and menopause. Remember woman are not “little men” and should not train, fuel or recover as men do expecting results specifically for their bodies. It is imperative to match your food, and fitness to your female physiology for great health and a strong body for life.
