It supports you to learn about food portions, quality and helps you focus on building individualized healthy habits as you do so.

The idea behind Macro based Nutrition is that you slowly shift from the idea of restricting “bad” foods and eating only “clean” foods. That mentality is fear based and rarely produces sustainable results. You will start to truly understand your food choices and how many calories your food choices have and how small amounts can add up very quickly. Eating only calorie-dense junk will probably not help you feel your best, so the focus should be on finding balance.
